What students say

I have a physical job and was having some trouble with chronic aches and pains. I started taking mat classes here because they were financially accessible, fit with my work schedule, and came highly recommended.

Absolutely loved Allison's class! Definitely a challenge but she makes it easily adaptable for newbies like me. Love the new space, can't wait to be back.

A mix of low-impact bodyweight exercises and classical Pilates mat exercises. Lots of core work, stretching, hip, knee, and shoulder mobility, with plenty of modifications for all skill levels and all ages.

Good to know before your first class

Still wondering about something? Send a note and Allison will get back to you.

I've never done Pilates. Where should I start?
Any mat class is a good first step. It's all levels, and Allison offers options for every exercise so you can take it at your own pace. If the reformer is what drew you in, book a reformer class and let her know it's your first time. Groups are four at most, so there's time to learn the equipment before the pace picks up.
How big are classes?
Reformer classes are capped at four people. Mat classes typically run between 5 and 15, so you still get real feedback on your form.
Do I need a membership?
No. Buy a class pack or book a single class, whichever fits your schedule. Mat packs are good for a year and reformer packs for three months.
What should I wear and bring?
Comfortable clothes you can move in and a water bottle. Mats are available at the studio, or you're welcome to bring your own. Grip socks are recommended for the reformer.
